David Dowd from H-E-B stopped by to invite the community to their Annual Feast of Sharing celebration in Odessa. Everyone is welcome to come out and enjoy a delicious meal together. There will be entertainment for the kids as well and Santa may even stop by! That event is happening this Friday, December 6th at the Ector County Coliseum in Building D & E from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Skies are becoming more on the clear side of things and thanks to lighter winds and even drier air Basinwide, Meteorologist Ryan DePhillips expects temperatures to bottom out in the 40's, the 50's, and the low 60's. The mostly clear skies and dry air will then allow temperatures to rapidly rise throughout the day into the 70's and the 80's for most areas. Rainfall has not been the big story as of late as this trend will likely continue throughout the week ahead despite western areas more likely to seeing rain ahead.

Despite some increase in clouds coming in from southern areas of West Texas, Meteorologist Ryan DePhillips expects most areas to remain rainfree today because of an abundance of dry air in the atmosphere. Morning temperatures ranging from the 40 into the lower 60's will rise into the 70's and the 80's for most areas today with stronger wind gusts during the afternoon. Skies will start to partially clear out closer to tomorrow as temperatures will remain close to if not slightly above normal.
